we had a super comfy stay in a compact but well-equipped room on the top floor. loved the strong walk-in shower and the comfy beds. breakfast was first-class and the staff were so helpful! the place felt like home, especially with fresh milk for coffee. parking was easy with the car-charging point outside!
the reception situation was a bit confusing and there was no lift which made it hard for us to carry bags upstairs. also, we ran into a little noise from other guests at times.

A delightful stay with a cozy Deluxe King Room that featured quality toiletries and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was impressive with cooked-to-order options and excellent bread. Though the room was stifling hot in summer without air conditioning, the provided fan helped. Had a fantastic group getaway with friends! We loved exploring the nearby racecourse and catching a show at the historic theatre. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Town Centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice fan and various snacks. The breakfast selection was also impressive, keeping us energized for our adventures!
We did have a little issue when we arrived. the restaurant had just closed despite our prior reservation. We ended up having to search for food after a long journey. Not ideal for hungry travelers!

Absolutely adored the quirky decor and those fluffy pillows! The open kitchen was a delight, and the Dyson fan really saved my life during the muggy night.
The noise from the main road kept me tossing and turning. Who needs a lullaby when you have cars honking, right?

Just a solid selection for a brief retreat in Cheltenham with attractive and competitive value for money. The lounge area feels like it's from a design magazine, really enjoyable place to relax. Make sure to book a table at the restaurant ahead of time, it gets busy on weekends.
